What's the delivery time?

Every order that is received before 11am is produced and shipped the same day. Depending on the customer location the delivery times can vary between 1-5 working days. Exceptions for special products, ie. special inks, are indicated at the individual article detail pages.

Which transport service do you use for your deliveries?

We send all our shipments by US Postal Service. See details for our different shipping options at checkout.

Do you apply discounts for volume orders?

Please, contact us for larger volume orders by email ([email protected]). We will be glad to send you a quotation.

Which file formats can I use to to send you my layout?

You can send us an commonly used file format to describe the layout you wish to order on our product pages. To send production ready files, please, use on of the following fle formats: .pdf, .eps, .jpg, .tif (ideally 600 dpi or more).

The year bands of my date stamp are expired. What can I do?

Unfortunately, year bands inside a stamp cannot be replaced. You need to order a new stamp.

You have moved? Do I have to order a new stamp?

No. You can also replace the textplate of your stamp. Search for the respective model in our assortment and order a replacement textplate. Important: You should always replace the ink pad, also, to make sure the new textplate is evenly inked and you get the best possible impression.

Can I use Word/Excel files? 

If you just have these formats available, please, upload them on our product detail page with your order or send the file by email to [email protected]. We will send you a quote and/or a proof of your layout.

What to do, if I find a mistake on my textplate?

Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We will make sure to find a quick solution to your problem.

What to do, if I have ordered the wrong product?

If it is a stock item (not customized with your text details), you can return the product to us within the return period (14 days).
In case of a customized item, please contact [email protected].

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by PayPal and all common credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Amex

Do I have to invert my files or layouts for production?

No, please do not send inverted or mirrored layout files.
